Hook Norton at City Beerfest!

About Hook Norton

Hook Norton Brewery is a historic, family-owned brewery located in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire, England. Founded in 1849 it has remained independent for over 177 years. The brewery is famous for its distinctive Victorian “tower brewery”, where the brewing process moves from floor to floor using gravity, a traditional design that is still in use today. Keeping traditions alive, they still deliver beer by Shire Horse and Dray. They brew a variety of award winning ales, lagers, and stouts.

The brewery also offers guided tours, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, a chance to explore its heritage, and enjoy tastings in the on-site bar. You can also enjoy the on-site restaurant, shop, museum, meeting and events spaces. Hook Norton Brewery is a true symbol of British brewing tradition and innovation.
