About Windsor & Eton Brewery

When Windsor & Eton Brewery was founded in 2010 it restored a proud tradition of brewing in the town after an absence of 80 years. Now with over 120 international, national and regional awards, the brewery is especially renown for its GUARDSMAN Best Bitter and REPUBLIKA Pilsner, which it will serve at City BeerFest. Proud members of the Worshipful Company of Brewers and London Brewers Alliance.

GUARDSMAN

4.2% ABV | Best Bitter Ale | On Cask & Bottle | Vegetarian

Think classic, hoppy, and proudly British.

Guardsman pours a rich copper colour and delivers a clean, balanced best bitter with a fresh hop aroma. Biscuit and caramel malt notes form a smooth backbone, followed by a gentle citrus lift and a crisp, satisfying bitterness that lingers just long enough.

REPUBLIKA

4.8% ABV | Pilsner-style Lager | Keg | Vegetarian

Think crisp, refined, and refreshing.

Republika is a premium Czech‑style pilsner brewed with Saaz hops and traditional Czech malt and yeast. Pale gold and beautifully clear, it opens with floral, grassy hop aromas before delivering a clean malt backbone, balanced bitterness, and a dry, refreshing finish.

Best enjoyed: ice‑cold, when you’re craving something sharp, clean, and seriously drinkable.
