Paternoster Chophouse hosts a chef-led tasting built around chophouse cuts, classic dishes and wine pairings.
Led by Head Chef Matt Frost and inhouse Sommelier, the evening moves through a series of courses, each focused on different cuts and styles, with wines selected to match.
Expect a glass of sparkling and snacks on arrival, followed by a flight of beef tastings with paired wines, before moving into shared dishes and sides, finishing with a classic Chop House trifle.
