Barts North Wing (the Great Hall, Hogarth Stair and Barts Museum) is a spectacular 18th-century building located in the City of London. It was completed in 1734 and features the Great Hall, one of the most beautiful banqueting spaces in London, as well as the grand staircase, decorated by the leading artist William Hogarth.
The building is open to public to visit for FREE every Monday and Tuesday, and the first Sunday of every month.
Find out more about upcoming events at Barts North Wing, including guided tours, music events, creative workshops and talks.
Barts North Wing is also available for exclusive venue hire in the heart of the City of London.
By visiting, attending events and hiring the venue for your own events, you are supporting Barts Heritage to deliver their creative health programme for hospital staff and patients. Since July 2024, they have been delivering free monthly creative health workshops.
All workshops have been delivered by professional artists and wellbeing practitioners and have engaged participants in the history of the hospital.
