Family Film Club
Every Saturday at 11am:
- Sat 18 Jan: The Flight of Dragons (U) + Draw Along with illustrator Rikin Parekh (Ages 6+)
- Sat 25 Jan: Kensuke’s Kingdom (PG), a heartfelt animated tale of survival and friendship based on Michael Morpurgo’s beloved novel.
Pay What You Can Screenings
Every Friday, pay between £3 to £15 to enjoy a new release film. Perfect for all budgets!
New East Cinema: The Editorial Office (15) + ScreenTalk
Friday 24 Jan at 6.30pm: A screening of this darkly satirical Ukrainian film, set just before the Russian invasion. Follow Yura, a young biologist, as he stumbles upon a crime and confronts a world riddled with corruption. A ScreenTalk with director Roman Bondarchuk and producer Dar’ya Averchenko will follow.
Silent Film & Live Music: Steamboat Bill, Jr (U)
Sunday 26 Jan at 3pm: Beat the January blues with Buster Keaton’s legendary comedy! Featuring jaw-dropping stunts and live piano accompaniment by John Sweeney, this is a delightful family-friendly treat.
