Festive Guided Walks: Wednesdays from 22 November - 13 December
To add to the Christmas spirit, why not join one of Leadenhall Market’s popular guided walks. This season they take on a festive flavour with tales of a Leadenhall Christmas past and present – from its Roman roots to Dick Whittington, then onwards to Dickens’ Victorian festivities and the luckiest and pluckiest goose in the City. Led by official City of London Guides and suitable for all ages, walks will take place every Wednesday evening from 22 November until 13 December and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Choirs from EC BID: A series of choirs will be bringing some seasonal joy to the market throughout the festive period, with performances taking place on three Wednesdays.
Wednesday 22 (12-1pm), 29 November (12-2pm) and 6 December (12-1pm).
Christmas Pop-ups at Leadenhall Market
Alpine Lodge: Every Monday to Saturday until 22 December (11am to 11pm), find all your favourite winter warmers, from Mulled Wine to Hot Buttered Rum to Toffee Mulled Cider or Marshmallow Hot Chocolate at the pop-up Alpine themed bar. Seasonal festive treats are also available, including gingerbread men and mince pies.
Pollocks Toy Museum: Just in time for Christmas, the famous Pollock’s Toy Museum has found a new temporary home at Leadenhall, showcasing some of its magical collection of antique puppets and toy theatres along with a range of heritage advent calendars, theatres and stocking filler toys for sale in this pop-up gift shop. Opening late November.
Wreath Making Workshops with Windsor Flowers: Be inspired by the floral garlands festooning the Victorian shopfronts and enjoy an evening of expert guidance from the Market’s resident florists Windsor Flowers, who will help you curate the perfect Christmas wreath to take home with you, using beautifully sourced seasonal flora and fauna. Those taking part can also enjoy wine, soft drinks and mince pies to keep their creative juices flowing. Every Wednesday at 6pm – 7.30pm (from 22 November – 13 December) and every Thursday at 1.30pm – 3pm (from 23 November – 14 December). Tickets must be purchased in advance.
