Visit Guildhall Art Gallery and London's Roman Amphitheatre to enjoy specially designed family activities.
A revolving programme of family activities may have you heading into the Roman Amphitheatre and hearing tales of Roman conquests, or creating crafts from the Victorian paintings surrounding you.
We run themed family events on the Second Saturday of every month. Our next Second Saturday on 14 December brings you a fun range of activities to celebrate the Festive season by make something special which you can take away with you to decorate your home.
- 11 am to 4 pm: Crafts and activities - make stained glass inspired decorations and paper-plate Angels!
- 11.30 to 11.50am and 2.30 to 2.50pm: Christmas Storytelling
A story corner with soft cushions, dress-up costumes and building bricks will also be available throughout the day.
Please note this family session runs between 11am and 4pm. Plan to make a day of it - bring a picnic lunch to have in Guildhall Yard, or eat nearby.
This event is for children aged 3-13 and their families, and it is not suitable for individual adults. The activities are free but booking is advised.
